Served as principal staff member and advisor to the Executive Director. Managed Command staff components and executed special assignments as assigned by the Executive Director.

Led technical divisions within the organization responsible for Mine Countermeasures, Advanced Combat Systems, Component Engineering, Systems Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare.
