I have twenty years of engineering experience including fifteen years of pharmaceuticals operations and projects with Australian, NZ and UK manufacturers and six years of consulting with Hatch, Sinclair Knight Merz and Process Developments.I have performed proposal and project management including cost estimating, tracking and controlling, project scheduling, procurement, contractor engagement, project reporting and CAPEX and OPEX estimates.I also have experience in contractor management, safety management, staff mentoring and staff management.With SKM I worked predominantly on geothermal power steamfield projects including pipe sizing, valve and relief device sizing and drafting PIDs. I also facilitated and scribed HAZOPs, managed/implemented various small industrial projects and worked on site for 6 months as the owners engineer representative for a dairy waste plant project.At Hatch I worked in the coal business unit on Coal Handling and Preparation Plant design including developing PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, sizing separation plant and pipelines and performing OPEX modelling. Within pharmaceuticals I have managed several plant and services installations as well as buildings upgrade projects including: technical specifications, scheduling, cost management and safety and contractor management. I have also conducted tech transfer of bench scale processes to production and managed trial production campaigns.
