Pilot plant process engineering and operations for environment and energy division of nonprofit scientific and pharmaceutical research organization.  Designed water-cooled chemical reactor that reduced installation time by 75%, was serviceable in-place, yet provided greater research data quality.  Led technical development, implementation, and operations of pilot-scale research projects while maintaining standards and operating under budget. Collaborated with NRG COSIA Xprize Carbon Capture and Conversion Project as technology verification expert for independent design teams in United States, Mexico, and China. Prevented $20K in project cost overruns through accurate analysis of design costs and requirements. Conducted greenhouse gas emissions inventory assessments for Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Selected suppliers and managed inventory levels and operating crews for continuous operation of multi-million dollar biofuel development project for Fulcrum Bioenergy. Personally and directly oversaw selection, installation, and operation of extensive instrumentation and process control equipment. Provided SOPs and P&IDs with markedly improved clarity and accuracy versus prior versions.
