Preparing and submitting reports on performance of suppliers (quality, quantity, time, service and price) to drive continuous improvement.• Maintaining record of the procurement process to ensure full transparency and accountability.• Developing excellent working relationships with internal customers as well as suppliers forsmoother and cost effective operations. Procurement, Vendor Management, Negotiation, Supply Chain related activities.• Negotiate with assigned supplier relationships to ensure lowest total cost of procurement• Immediate response to client’s RFQ directly from the OEM/local distributor’s in the best possible manner.• Responsible for managing the time phased delivery plan that meets the client’s deadline.• Resolving Quality and pending documents issues directly with assigned Suppliers develop and manage broad and deep supplier relationships with assigned suppliers to optimize financial and operational performance.• Following up on the quotations which has been sent to the clients in order to develop healthy relations with them.• Coordination with the Order Processing and Logistics Department in order to track the goods from suppliers and fulfill the client’s needs within stipulated time.
