Assist and facilitate organizations to build its capacity in include but not limited to strategic planning, project design and development, project management, monitoring and evaluation, partnership and networking building.

Roles, Duties and Responsibilities:※ Responsible for managing a diverse project team ensuring that administrative and financial procedures comply with donor requirements and project deliverables are achieved based on established program criteria and standards. ※ Accountable for the successful implementation of the SSCP project and growing the project portfolio for 30 months (February 2023- June 2025) with a total budget of EUR 1,111,109 / IDR 16,786,634,772.※ Led the project implementation by developing guidelines, synergizing the approaches in Indonesia and Timor-Leste, and providing technical oversight and guidance to the project staff and implementing partners to ensure that quality activities are implemented to achieve the project’s objectives.※ Support the project staff and co-applicants to produce accurate and timely reports on the project status and ensure its timely submission. ※ Responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, regulations, and standards of the donor agency as it relates to project documents, communication, visibility, monitoring, evaluation, etc. ※ Design strategies and mechanisms to address gaps and challenges in the project implementation, including the management of identified risk factors. ※ Responsible for oversight of administrative, financial, and human resources, including the day-to-day operational management of the project. ※ Coordinate with the Communications Specialist to develop communications materials related to the project and ensure the donor agency’s visibility policy and standard are observed at the applicant, co-applicants, and community levels. ※ Represent the project team in all external engagements related to the project.

※Play a key role in ensuring the achievement of the project objectives which relates to prevention or reduction of the risk behaviors which can lead to NCDs, as well as supporting the broader health and rights of young people. ※ Accountable for the successful implementation of the YHP project and growing the project portfolio for Five years (2021-2025) with total budget of IDR 22,248,624,526 / £1,162,184.※ Responsibly manage project planning, implementation, budgeting, and monitoring evaluation.※ Together with project implementing partners will proactively work to influence, support, and collaboratively work with local government related to NCDs risk behavior issues at the district level.※ Engage in advocacy, networking, and coordination in the district, and ensure children and young people particularly girls and women are benefiting from the project.※ Represent the AHA program to promote information on the prevention or reduction of the risk behaviors which can lead to NCDs, as well as supporting the broader health and rights of young people, at the district level, when required.※ Be responsible for the application of the peer education model to obtain clear and correct information on issues of NCDs, as well as integrate cross-cutting issues such as gender equality, Sexual Reproductive Health, and Rights (SRHR), mental health into program activities.※ Build proactive and positive communication and coordination with AHA Programme Manager and other related positions internally as well as project partners.

Program key components & Achievements: ※ Supervision and overall management of a Five Year (2016-2020) with a total budget of EUR 1,2 million (USD 1,4 million / IDR 20,6 billion) project that was implemented in 12 villages in 3 Districts and 3 Provinces in Indonesia. Overall KPI Rating as of Q4 FY 2021 was 100% (Budget 99,9%, Outcome 124%, Risk 100%). ※ Support and assist establishment and strengthening of 12 Community Based Child Protection Mechanism (CBCPM/KPAD) that consist of change agents of males, females, adolescent boys and girls. ※ Inspire and drive enactment 76 local initiatives (target 39 initiatives = 195%) to prevent and eliminate child marriage (CM), teenage pregnancy (TP) and female genital mutilation/cut (FGM/C).※ Support and facilitate campaign activities that have reached 4 million people in the project intervention and non-intervention areas. ※ Invigorate advocacy skills of KPAD/CBCPM members to secure village funds of a total IDR 221,760,000 for programs and activities in the prevention and elimination of CM, TP, FGM/C.※ Stimulate and endorse enactment of 22 regulations and policies on child protection, prevention and elimination of CM, T P & FGM/C.※ Facilitate awareness and education on CM, TP & FGM/C to 2,370 people (566 men, 710 women, 416 boys, 675 girls); ※ Support and assist youth business groups that have a total turnover / omset of IDR 17,000,000,-Main/Key Roles, Duties & Responsibilities:※ Leads the process of developing the project’s annual work plan with detail of activities and budget. In coordination with M&E Coordinator, review and refine M&E framework, to support comprehensive and quality monitoring of the project performance at the community, partner, and country level following the corporate guidelines line of Plan and donor agencies.※ Supports project managers at the local CSO Partners in overcoming operational constraints to ensure smooth implementation and to achieve the agreed burn rate of the project budget.

Provide supervision and technical support to 2 Project Coordinators and 8 Program Managers in implementing 11 projects under Child Protection (CP), Early Childhood Care Development (ECCD) and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) sectors with total budget for Fiscal Year 2017 (FY17: June 2016-July2017) as much as IDR 61 billion / USD 5 million.Leads the process of developing/ develop implementation plan of all projects with detail activities, operational processes and budget for field level implementation. Ensures development of M&E framework of all projects to support comprehensive and quality monitoring of the project performance at community, partner and country level following corporate guide line of Plan and donor agencies. Supports projects managers overcoming operational constrains to ensure smooth implementation and to achieve agreed burn rate of the project budget. Establish quality donor reporting system for grants projects by providing guidance, setting protocols and building capacity of the relevant project staff. Provides basis for development of competent workforce for the projects by planning and supervising the deliverable of direct reports, training and motivating of project staff.

Providing technical and project management support to PMI in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring successful delivery of specific project goals, outcomes, and outputs in implementing the Coastal DRR/CRM Project.

Capacity building to all USAID IFACS grantees in 8 landscapes in the aspect of project design, management and high quality reporting; Took initiative and lead the establishment of USAID IFACS’ Grants Coordination and Communication Guidelines (GCCG), a communication and coordination protocol between grantees, Person-in-Charge, Regional Team, Technical Team and the Jakarta Grants Team. This GCCG has been noted and endorsed by Tetra Tech ARD Grants Specialist to be adopted by other Tetra Tech ARD projects around the world;Further develop and refine (Integrated) Grants Reporting Package (GRP) to allow grantees, respected PiC and grants team to monitor, track, control and manage project performance – one of project management tools

(1) Supporting and assisting Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in managing and implementing the project; (2) To have line management responsibility, supervise and coach the DRR Senior Program Officer; (3) managing the budget and finances of the project, and to ensure compliance with all NorCross rules and regulations; (4) Strengthen PMI Chapter and Branches (Board Members, Staff and Volunteers) Capacity Building through training, facilitation and technical advice; (5) provide leadership in developing strategic relationships with counterparts in key government and non-government agencies; and (6) strengthen wider DRR capacity & systems as well as to ensure that NorCross & PMI are strategically position and highly regarded among partners/stakeholders

(1) Information gathering, lobbying and advocacy with humanitarian actors, with a particular focus on Government, through personal contacts and coordination of allies; (2) Advice and support to team members on advocacy opportunities and actions; (3) Provision of advice to Oxfam on the political/operating context within West Sumatra; (4) Liaison with West Sumatra civil society organizations, for information gathering and in pursuit of joint advocacy objectives/work; and (5) Support and strengthen advocacy work of allied organizations advocating on issues relating to the West Sumatra humanitarian response, and assist in building advocacy capacity of relevant partner organizations.

Key function is to develop program expansion of Heifer International Indonesia and coordinate the implementation various programs at regional level. Responsibilities include (1) Explore possibilities for new projects, partners and make recommendation to Country Director; (2)Review project request/proposal to Heifer from Northern Sumatra Region, screen potential project partners, and make recommendation to Country Director; (3)Develop strategies for improving the effectiveness of projects in Northern Sumatra Region; (4)Oversee the overall implementation of projects by visiting sites and helping to decide appropriate assistance to the community based on holistic approach and work out plans for passing on the gifts; (5) Ensuring all projects and project partners meet standard for accountability and ensure financial accountability are applied by project partners; (6) Coordinate with Training Manger to assist poject partners in implementation of various trainings, farmers field trip, exchange visit study tour etc. in order to strengthen project partners’ capacity; (7) In Coordination with Planning Monitoring Evaluation Manager, monitor/supervise and evaluate project implementation in Northern Sumatra region and and provide necessary guidance for partner organizations to increase their effectiveness; (8) Establish and maintain relationships with local governments, other public and private agencies, local NGOs, and other community development organizations directly or indirectly in Northern Sumatra; (9) Assist Country Director and coordinate with Information and Communication Manager, to represent Heifer Indonesia at official functions and when necessary speak on behalf of the Heifer Indonesia, in regional level; (10) Supervise Technical Officers and Program Officers of Northern Sumatra region; (11) Seek continued growth in the knowledge of Heifer International programs and issues of hunger and poverty; and (12) Perform other job-related duties as requested
