Built an MVP to start validating in the market in around a month. Once we started gaining traction, I transitioned to the CTO role eventually hiring and leading a team of 10 engineers. I still code as much as possible and oversee all high-level architectural decisions in collaboration with my team and the product team. Ruby/Rails, Ember.js, Elixir/Phoenix, Postgres, Redis.

Ran all aspects of engineering from R&D to high-level architecture and technology decisions down to implementation. Full stack engineer working on both front and back-ends of the application using Ruby/Rails, MongoDB, Redis, Javascript, AJAX, etc. Created REST API used by various third-party partners and which backs our native mobile application. Built the AppStore featured Trazzler iOS application.
