Then requested by client to provide PM for feature, system, and user testing efforts while managing TriZetto development to correct issues encountered during the different phases of testing for the rollout of Phase 2. • Developed a Work Breakdown (WBS) of the customers IT operations that resulted in the development of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual. Benefit to client is a reduction in operator training and staff answering of questions. As a result of the SOP, training time was reduced by three months and maximized shift personnel. -

The reorganized PMO was accountable for all aspects of the project, which included the following areas: software applications, infrastructure, medical equipment and embedded systems, telecom, and trading partners. The resulting team was able to maintain project focus and keep the project on schedule and within budget.
