Over the last 20 years, Bea was finance leader for one of the top 100 companies listed on the London Stock Exchange, she has been working with over hundred entrepreneurs as Regional Director of Education of a worldwide operating networking organisation and run coaching sessions for executives and teams of multinational, small and middle sized organisations in various industries (consulting, energy, farming, finance, FMCG, health care, real estate and the nonprofit sector) as an entrepreneur and has been supporting the professional development of business and team coaches as mentor coach and coaching supervisor, too.
