A key achievement was training the iOS Mentors (or trained the trainers if you will) for the first store opening in Sweden.This involved working with Global Retail Training (GRT) for Apple and also the Mobile Devices EU Market Support Team for Apple. It involved UK wide travel facilitating to both large and small groups of new employees, setting up iOS technology in store for the teams to use, providing feedback and getting to know each individual to provide specialist coaching specific to the individual. The training I provided enabled new store teams to successfully open their store confident and ready to connect iPhones and all things iOS.
