The biggest part of my role related to tender administration, mainly for French market but also in other locations. Through liaison with all sales team, I applied to the tenders relating to Baxa's products also keeping record of the awarded references and renewal dates. On addition, I supported and helped sales team to generate quotations and service contracts. I was also in charge to maintain all pricing records on a regular basis as well as helping our customer service with calls and queries from customers.

I started in this company as Data Entry Clerk but I quickly won confidence of my supervisor who assign to me higher responsibilities tasks, and I became her backup during her days off. After 5 years, I stepped out of my main function and took on daily charges some Admin. tasks: training new temps, running stock rotation reports, placing refill orders for warehouse stock, organizing return of parts, logging and processing Credit & Re-bill requests, etc. Then we've been pretty busy preparing and changing of ERP system (to SAP) as well as train and fix issues linked to this transition. Restructuring of the company occurred shortly after, for which I've been helping the new Sales team to go through internal policy and procedures.I've supervised the Data entry team based in Philippines where I've travelled several times alone to train and update them for the new procedures implemented.At the same time, I kept going on my usual Admin. tasks, mainly issuing logs and reports for management.
