Beatrice is a Ghanaian physiotherapist with about 14 years of clinical, academic, and research experience in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. Her clinical and research interests include musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on osteoarthritis, exploring ways to improve rehabilitation for such patient populations and their carers. Beatrice is also passionate about promoting Patient and Public Involvement and evidence-based practice in Physiotherapy in lower-middle-income countries with particular interest in Ghana and Africa. She is currently a visiting researcher with the Long Term Conditions Research Group, at the University of Southampton, United Kingdom and also leads the @Evidence-Based Practice Research Group within the Ghana Physiotherapy Association. Beatrice is quite keen on advancing Rehabilitation research in Africa and works to support the capacity building of emerging rehabilitation professionals to support global efforts in advancing this agenda in Africa and beyond.#EvidenceBasedPracitice
