Communications expert with 15+ years of experiences in Corporate Affairs, Public Affairs, Internal and External Comms, PR, and Sustainability. I have been working in FMCG/CPG and retail sectors, including Philip Morris International, Tesco, Royal Ahold and Danone’s water division. In 2018 I joined Mars Poland as the Corporate Affairs Director for Mars Wrigley segment. With the great team of Associates I’ve been focusing on inspiring moments of everyday happiness. As a result of my development and opportunities available in Mars, in 2023 I moved to a global corporate affairs role in Petcare segment, an amazing, purposeful business that aims to create a better world for pets - because pets make people's lives better.I am passionate about sustainability. In 2010-13 I was heading the Corporate Social Responsibility team in Tesco. I was responsible i.e. for creating Tesco’s CSR strategy and implementing key CSR projects. In 2012 I published the first CSR Report for Tesco Polska according to the GRI standard. I led to the formation of the corporate foundation of Tesco Poland, “Tesco for Children”, which I served as the first Chairman of the Board. I want to be advocate for diversity and inclusion and empowering women in the workplace and public life. As a leader, I'm focusing on engaging with stakeholders to build and protect reputation, enable freedom to quality growth, bring fun to consumers through brand communications and grow competitive advantage through sustainability.
