As a social worker at New Song Mission, I provide counseling and support services to children and families in need. I work with a team of dedicated professionals who share my passion for helping others overcome challenges and achieve their goals. I use my skills in active listening, empathy, and communication to build rapport and trust with my clients.I have a master's degree in social work from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where I specialized in education. I have over a year of experience as a school-based therapist at Adult and Child Health and Hamilton Center, Inc. I helped students cope with academic, behavioral, and emotional issues, and collaborated with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure their well-being and success. I also have a bachelor's degree in social work from Indiana University Bloomington, where I developed my leadership and volunteering skills through various campus and community activities.
