About Beatrice Rogers

A sales representative turned educator: the story of Beatrice. Achieving success in cut throat sales environments provided the foundation for a successful education leader. Over the past 6 years I’ve dedicated my life to increasing educational equity and closing the opportunity gap. With a passion for educational equity, community voice, and education policy, I graduated from American University in 2019 with a Master of Education Policy and Leadership. More about the WE less about the ME. I truly believe, “A more diverse future begins with more opportunities.” – Oscar Auliq-Ice
