The CARE Project by Goldsmiths SU is a student-led culture change initiative. Through Education, Advocacy and Policy work, the project continues to build survivor-centred and trauma-informed action against sexual violence and cultures of disbelief at Goldsmiths and beyond.• Managing a team of 4 Peer Facilitators on the CARE Project (Consent and Relationship Education) at Goldsmiths Students' Union.

• Peer Facilitator for Active Bystander Training- Facilitated Active Bystander Training sessions for students, student leaders, sports & societies, wider community, and supported training new peer facilitators- Ran outreach sessions to promote the project- Working together with 3 other facilitators & the project coordinator to improve content and delivery- Signposted students to Goldsmiths and external support services- Supported the organisation of CARE community events such as reading groups and talking circles

The Association for Development through Education, Information, and Support D.E.I.S. CIC (DEIS UK),LondonDEIS UK is the London hub of a non-profit youth organisation from Romania. We work with and for young people, involving them in all the decision-making processes, and encouraging their active participation.• President & Co-Founder, Youth Worker- Organised live music events & workshops- Secured funding & sponsorship to cover the running of the organisation- Liaised with partners and collaborators, including Berkeley Homes, Artfix Café, Greenwich Youth Justice Service and Substance Misuse department- Copywriting for social media- Basic filing & accounting- Co-managing the leadership board of the organisation

Supporting Mary's girls' work. Empowering young women and girls (11 to 19) from Islington through workshops, mentoring, and weekly wellbeing groups.- Creating original session plans and activities for weekly sessions- Fundraising and supporting the sustainability of the girls' service offer- Mentoring young girls- Training a group of young women as wellbeing ambassadors & peer mentors- Working in partnership with different Islington-based organisations, agencies and schools

LMK facilitators support children and young people (11 to 24) to open honest conversations about relationships and equip them to spot the early warning signs of abuse and inspire them to enjoy healthy, fulfilling relationships. Workshops explore the 10 signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships and include practical lessons young people want to learn about (like consent) and practice scenarios in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment. - Plan and deliver interactive LMK workshops in educational, sports and community settings, working closely with co-facilitators to tailor the workshops accordingly- Support project development and continuity by ensuring that all participants and adults in school/community organisations complete the post-session feedback surveys.- Continuous development of skills affecting young people's relationships, including understanding legislation and the impact of adverse childhood experiences, trauma, tech and online safety, pornography, and others.- Co-design training and educational resources on issues affecting young people and their relationships- Support the development of the organisation by engaging new schools and community groups

The Programme, through a collaboration between national and local organisations, supports cities to become more welcoming for young people and adapt better to address their needs. Every year a city from Romania is awarded the Youth Capital title.- Managed social media pages – Facebook and Instagram- Copywriting for the programme’s website and other key descriptions for media- Collaborated with a professional team to create content for local and national press- Supported the Youth Capital title-holder with feedback- Coordinated all communication and promotion for the Romanian Youth Summit 8 (2023)

- Coordinated a team of 3 young people on a work experience programme- Secured over £15.000 funding for employability projects, applying to Lewisham and Lambeth Councils,London Youth, and other similar organisations- Co-created a 12-week employability programme for young people with special educational needs (SEN) and not in education, employment, or training (NEET)- Facilitated 5 one-to-one employability sessions and 1 teamwork & communication workshop for 10young people aged 18 to 23 with SEN and NEETs- Wrote business proposals for partnerships with community centres, youth hubs, schools, and charities- Attended meetings with high-level representatives from different local councils & local authorities,national organisations, and employers
