Account Manager
Current- Manage a portfolio of 150+ North American client accounts, focusing on customer retention and growth, with the goal of achieving Net Revenue Retention & Account Retention targets.- Build and nurture long-term relationships through regular account-level debriefs, product demos, and check-in calls to ensure ongoing client engagement and satisfaction.- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the existing client base by leveraging referrals and networking initiatives.- Utilize a structured workflow in the CRM to ensure that all accounts receive prioritized and regularly scheduled touchpoints.- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline forecast, reviewed weekly with management to ensure clear visibility into ongoing business opportunities.- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
