Current• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications received from our merchants, ensuring effective and clear communication.• Inquiry Management: Handle and resolve merchant and internal team inquiries promptly and efficiently, providing quick and accurate solutions.• Problem Resolution: Identify and address issues effectively, escalating them through the appropriate channels when necessary.• Fraud Prevention: Assist in combating fraud by disputing chargebacks on behalf of our merchants to protect their interests.• Customer Advocacy: Represent the customer's voice across all Riskified departments, ensuring their needs and concerns are adequately addressed.• Customer Onboarding: Integrate new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to using Riskified's services and helping them to use our services effectively from the start.
