CurrentExperience in Procurement and Supply Chain in HP.Closing of quotations for products (Hardware Inkjet, Laser ans Supplies).Creation of Local Purchase Orders (Services and Goods).Management of payments for local MPas, including analysis of blocked documents, interaction with Payment team in India and solution of any kinds of problems regarding payments and invoicing processing.Analysis and elaboration of monthly and annual budget, activity that includes planning of local and international payments, and import expenses;Preparation of spreadsheets, metrics and presentations;Financial analysis;Management of Assets.Revision of Purchase Orders in S4, including reductions, cancelations and solution of any issues that may occur.Analysis regarding Non-Recurring Engineering expenses, analys of spreadsheets, control of expenses and invoicing.
