Being a Lead Instructional Designer has allowed me to work with individuals from a variety of regions to solve roadblocks hindering the Instructional Design team from achieving its goals. My work here was creative in nature. We received traditional learning materials in the form of powerpoint slides, word documents, pdfs, videos, etc and I had to find creative ways to make them engaging and effective using a micro-learning platform.
