Being a Lead Instructional Designer has allowed me to work with individuals from a variety of regions to solve roadblocks hindering the Instructional Design team from achieving its goals. My responsibilities include:- Conducted needs analysis to identify performance gaps and designed instructional materials to address them.- Coached instructional designers to enhance performance, applying adult learning theories.- Maintained and updated process documentation across platforms (Canva, Hubspot, Jira) to ensure content alignment and accuracy.- Conducted quality assurance audits on e-learning courses, ensuring effective learner interactivity and alignment with learning outcomes.- Partnered with customer success managers, and instructional designers to ensure the accurate and timely creation of learning content.

My work here was creative in nature. We received traditional learning materials in the form of powerpoint slides, word documents, pdfs, videos, etc and I had to find creative ways to make them engaging and effective using a micro-learning platform. More of my responsibilities below:Instructional Designer- Developed engaging, multimedia-rich microlessons from traditional materials (PowerPoint, Word) for e-learning platforms.- Enhanced learning content through the creation of interactive visual assets such as images, icons, GIFs, and videos.- Coordinated course development timelines with stakeholders (Customer Success Managers, Sales Representatives), ensuring content met instructional design goals and aligned with learner needs.

As a Training Lead (aka English Coach), I was responsible for making sure that my team was developed to the best of their potential and assuring success of our projects.
