Personable, empathetic and intelligent, Beau’s ability to bring harmony between business and technology through the combination of people, processes and dedication seems effortless. Founding Envision IT at the age of 18, Beau has grown the company into one of the premier technology firms in the Midwest. Along the way, he has developed strategic partnerships with global technology companies, fostered stronger community ties with local organizations and, perhaps his proudest accomplishment, created career fulfilling opportunities for over 30 like-minded geeks. It are these accomplishments, among others, that awarded him InBusiness 40 Under 40. As a technologist, Beau often rolls up his sleeves in multiple roles across the company. Most often, as an architect, Beau helps clients identify mission-critical challenges and provide best-practice industry solutions. Additionally, at any one time, Beau sits as the active CIO for multiple clients, having delivered over $100M in operational savings. Lastly, unbeknownst to clients, he has also been known to jump on the help desk to cover shifts and answer client questions. When not donning his technology cape, Beau’s inquisitive mind will be trying something new. From skydiving to sail boating, Beau loves the challenge of new adventures.
