My job is to provide all needed technical assistance, troubleshooting steps & guide the customer through his entire journev with Microsoft 365 products & services, such as:⚫️ MICROSOFT 365 PRODUCTS & SERVICES✔️ Identity (Microsoft Entra)✔️ Exchange Online✔️ SharePoint Online✔️ OneDrive & OneDrive For Business✔️ OFFICE Apps ✔️ Outlook ✔️ Microsoft Teams✔️ Commerce (Billing, Subscriptions & Licensing)⚫️ SKILLS & COMPETENCIES✔️ Microsoft Office 365 products technical support✔️ Assist and provide technical support by phone, emall or chat✔️ Analyze and resolve technical issues related to our✔️ Microsoft products and servicesLead customers through service configurations✔️ Provide a very high customer service level✔️ Deliver and follow up on problem resolutions and customer satisfaction✔️ Proactively and comprehensively document customer issues in ticketing systems✔️ Carry out all other related tasks per the job's evolution and departmental needs
