With 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have developed a strong background in dealership reception, parts interpreting for both aftermarket (non-genuine) and genuine parts, and extensive knowledge of brands such as Ford, Great Wall, Kia, and Chrysler Jeep Dodge.I also bring nearly 7 years of experience in the retail sector, including 4 years as a Store Manager. During this time, I was responsible for driving exceptional customer service, coaching and motivating teams to exceed KPIs, ensuring the store operated at the highest standards, and setting realistic targets to achieve business goals.Since 2016, I have been a qualified C Badge Netball Umpire, demonstrating my commitment to ongoing professional development in sport.Currently, I am employed at GippsSport, where I deliver community programs such as KIDDO and Sporting Schools.
