I started drawing as a hobby when I was a teenager, and just recently took it up again after hosting a morning tea in which myself and my team helped raise over $1500 for Queensland Cancer Council. Some of the funds resulted from sale of my portraits. I love capturing the personality of a treasured pet, and gain much satisfaction from the joy my drawings bring to pet parents.

I undertake cultural heritage and environmental Risk Assessments for contractors to maintain access under network easements and access tracks, and provide mapping using Ergon Network's Smallworld GIS system.Whilst undertaking LMDC functions, I have undertaken several opportunities working in a support role with varied work groups, including Executive assistants, Project Managers, Lines Maintenance crews, Schedulers, Asset Inspectors, Vegetation Management officers and Contract compliance officers. My primary drive in supporting these groups has been to learn and grow by experiencing how other teams operate. While assisting Project managers in a support role, a proud achievement of mine involved event planning with a Project Manager to deliver an “RUOK” day speech, for the nationally recognised day held on 13th September. RUOK’s mission is to inspire and empower everyone to connect with people around them and support anyone struggling with life. I arranged set up and morning tea, and supported the PM’s delivery of the speech. This resulted in achievement of recognition of the meaning behind “RUOK” day – starting a conversation could save a life. During this role, I achieved cross-workgroup learning as a scheduler, which involved assisting our workgroup planner and manager with tasking work orders in Ellipse, requesting RBD extensions from Project Managers, running backlog reports for data integrity, informing designers of approaching RBDs and hours remaining with Excel report, and using Corvu software to create graphs showing employee/workgroup utilisation and work orders on time, which in turn were used to discuss work group utilisation at Line design meetings.
