• Complete ownership of multiple client social media and email marketing campaigns from plan to production including: brief development, channel recommendations, creative development, planning, implementation and management. • Monitor trends in social media and email marketing tools to analyze, review, and report ok effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results. Report on trends in social/inbound marketing. • Increase agency client’s social engagement, social following, and email list. • Generate leads for agency clients and our own agency brands through social channels. • Manage client inbound and social marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy and monitoring editorial content, content writing, community outreach efforts, aggregating article and video content, distributing content, etc.• Create social media ads through Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn while implementing tracking codes for social media ad retargeting.• Grow clients social media campaigns with the use of advertised and boosted posts for greater engagement• Create and maintain contact editorial calendars for both social media and email marketing campaigns, and execute campaigns based on the schedule. This includes client newsletters and tactical email campaigns.

TEAO is a federally incorporated start-up nonprofit organization that provides high-quality, embodied, trauma-informed and culturally-competent services for youth and adults/families in Ontario. Our focus is on prevention and recovery, providing advocacy for vulnerable and marginalized community members, and challenging the root causes of oppression within the healthcare system. We hope to weave a web of interconnected and trauma-informed mental health services across Ontario, so that no one who needs support slips through the cracks.
