1. Technical Writing-Responsible for creating and maintaining all of the company’s support and training documentation for the KaiNexus product. 2. On-line customer support-Responsible for on-line customer support.3. Implementation support- Assist the VP of Customer Experience with any implementation related customer support activities.4. Software testing- Create comprehensive system test, integration test, and ‘smoke test’ plans.- Execute full and partial tests and document any anomalies.5.
