As leader of the Case Management Team, I work to ensure our team efficiently and accurately processes life insurance and annuity applications for our advisors. I engage closely with other departments at LifePro, including Sales, Marketing, Contracting, IT, and Accounting to create a full back office team for advisors who sell life insurance and annuities. In Case Management, my goal is to place a high volume of policies in force while maintaining a friendly, yet professional rapport with my advisors. Daily Activities include: - Reviewing and submitting new account applications; ensuring that every application is complete with the correct paperwork, requirements, and signatures. - Communicating requirements between the insurance carrier and the advisor - making the process as simple for the advisor as possible. - Working directly with our IT team to create new internal systems that will streamline and automate our processes.- Responding to inquiries from advisors and custodians in a timely manner. - Tracking status of submitted applications and transfers through the entire application process while providing regular status updates to advisors. - Maintaining internal processing database to document work activity and communication on all cases.- Conducting regular follow-ups via phone and email on all outstanding cases. - Communicating regularly between departments to ensure our advisors are satisfied with their experience.

Works year-round to prepare, plan, and promote camp from inception to completion. Uses organization and leadership skills to direct the camp of 100+ children while managing a team of 20 high school counselors. Places large merchandise orders, uses patience to directly communicate with parents, and manages finances. Encourages the kids to complete the camp goal of fundraising for a pre-selected non-profit organization throughout camp. Puts on a final showcase including lights, stage, sound, and a full audience to present the camp’s accomplishments.

Uses interpersonal skills to lead a team of 6-8 employees through a shift while placing employees in roles that best suit their strengths.
