Organizational Development Manager
CurrentI work closely with the management team to ensure staff aligns with strategic goals. I regularly conduct organizational assessments to identify areas where the company could improve its performance, culture, policies, or structure and develop cost-effective solutions that align with business goals. A cornerstone of this role is building effective leadership, teamwork, and management techniques into the standard practices and core values of the company. I also consult with management to identify, analyze, improve, and document business processes and ensure they are relevant to the company’s direction and unify business efforts across all key platforms and departments.In the realms of training and development, I plan, develop, and implement targeted training plans and performance management programs to track and enhance employees’ skills. Additionally, I execute change management programs and initiatives specifically in the realms of communications, training, and broader business strategy. I promote a positive culture of continuous improvement to help the company adapt to changes in the market or industry.
