Green & Healthy Homes Initiative is a nonprofit committed to breaking the link between unhealthy housing and unhealthy families by creating and advocating for healthy, safe and energy efficient homes.As a project specialist I provides technical support to Green & Healthy Homes Initiative sites, (GHHI), to design integrated programs and draft operations plans to put program services into place. Direct support is provided to partners through onsite training's, comprehensive assessment training; including field exercises in homes, quality control training, training for community health workers, budgeting and establishing a streamlined referral and service delivery process, and hands on training around how to partner with vendors and contractors to deliver home improvement services and everything that exercise entails.I previously served as a coordinator for multiple direct service programs in Baltimore City and the surrounding counties, that provide in-home education and case management, comprehensive home assessments, and full remediation of asthma triggers, lead hazards, trip and fall hazards, and energy deficiencies. I am also responsible for organizing and overseeing special events for the foundation, (in 55 jurisdictions), including stakeholder education, fund raising, marketing / trade shows, community outreach, staff events and Congressional briefings. Successfully work with community leaders, local/state government officials, foundation heads, advocacy groups and Congressional staff.

As an event manager I oversaw multiple conferences, trade shows, charity events, and meetings at the same time. I supervised every detail of company events, managed logistics, created marketing plans for exhibitors, aided communications in designing and implementing efforts to publicize events and promote sponsorship's, generated leads and analyzed results.

Baltimore, Maryland Area

An an event and marketing specialist I designed and executed custom booth layouts for trade show space at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES), NAB (National Association of Broadcasters), as well as other local and regional trade shows. I created marketing materials, presentations, brand collateral, and interactive material, all maintaining a consistent on-brand look and feel, yet tailored specifically for each individual project. Maintained a budget of no less than five million a year and analyzed it monthly in order to provide financial statements for projects and events. I prepared, negotiated, and monitored contracts with clients such as; Sony, Samsung, JVC, GM, BMW, Land Rover and Mercedes.

Knoxville, Tennessee Area

Worked as a radio personality on WIVK-FM, Co-Hosted on the WNML-FM 5 day/week sports-talk morning show and produced live shows for collegiate and professional sports for WNML-FM and WIVK-FM and WNOX-FM. Served as a sports reporter for live events when not in studio. Assisted the promotions department with managing and overseeing remote events, concerts and the hiring of individuals needed to staff city wide events. Edited and produced promotional materials and interacted with listeners on-air, which with any live event is imperative due to the FAA rules of what can and cannot be aired.

Greater Los Angeles Area

The Academy of Country Music is a not-for-profit trade organization, which promotes the country music genre. The Academy is best known for the annual Academy of Country Music Awards broadcast live on CBS Television. As an event coordinators I assisted in all aspects of awards show week in Las Vegas, Nevada; to aid in producing their nationally televised show, and surrounding events; Charity motorcycle ride, Celebrity golf classic, Artist showcases, and many others. Managed artist and media relations and supported the Director of Membership with all logistics pertaining to the 11,500 person award show.
