Identified and inventoried fire, water and conservation programs in over 106 General Plans and Climate Action Plans across Southern California, developed a General Plan database dashboard providing searchable information on water, fire and conservation programs for local agencies to utilize, planned and facilitated meetings with 20-member Technical Advisory Group consisting of planners from various agencies across Southern California.

Prepared materials for research reports, presentations and peer reviewed journal articles, conducted automated and manual counts of bicyclists and pedestrians at various locations across San Diego, performed intercept surveys with 85+ community participants at the Adams Avenue Ciclosdias event and summarized data, led poster presentation at the 2020 San Diego Regional Bike Summit regarding “Why Women Don’t Bike in San Diego.”

Wrote the HABA and Cheese orders, maintained inventory, and merchandised sections. Effectively marketed company products as a store sign artist.

Recruited students for Action Mapping Project (AMP) Centers which serve thousands of middle school and high school aged youth in Tacoma Public Schools, taught sketch mapping lessons to 120+ students and assessed neighborhood scale actions that could be taken to improve livability and equity for students traveling to school, summarized findings in 3 catchment area reports.

Research Assistant for Community Psychology and Environmental Psychology Labs:Scheduled and conducted lab meetings, literature review, assisted in composing articles published in academic journals, composed survey instruments utilized for studies, recruited over 200 undergraduates to participate in studies, utilized programs such as SPSS to evaluate quantitative data, interviewed students and carried out content analysis to find themes and differences in responses, presented findings from studies locally in Tacoma, Washington, Portland, Oregon and in Sacramento, California (APA Conference).
