Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2022. Began employment at King and Queen Department of Social Services in January of 2022. Completed a vast amount of trainings mandated by the state of Virginia within the first 24 months of employment in only 12 months. Manage a caseload of Child Protective Services cases to include: Family Assessments, Investigations, Family Support, and In-Home Services cases. Assist team members with their Adult Protective Services and Adult Services cases. Manage and assist in the management of Foster Care cases. Continuously train new employees within the different Family Services program areas.
