I am capable of many things, but I will say that I have definite skill sets that make me who I am. I can grasp new concepts and ideas quickly and I thrive with hands on learning. I have spent eight years working at bmw manufacturing as a high level paint finisher and paintless dent repair technician. My attention to detail was an imperative asset that assisted me with getting my work done efficiently and quickly. I have also spent time in the customer service field where I aided clients with mortgage assistance in a call center environment. My communication skills helped me truly learn what my clients needed so that I could assist them with loan modifications, or even just with helpful advice to get them down the road to recovery within their mortgage loans. My job as a home preservation specialist showed me that I am also a quick learner when it comes to learning new software. Along with that, I am also well organized, a forward thinker, and I excel in an environment where I can work with a team.A little about me that isn't strictly work:I enjoy writing and have actually been featured in a published short story collection. I paint as well, and though I am my toughest critic, I have sold a few of my pieces to private collectors.
