Customer Quality Assurance Specialist
CurrentAs a Customer Quality Assurance (CQA), I work as the link between the clients and the development team. Working closely with other members of the Customer Success (CSM) team, particularly the AMs handling the clients, and the QA team on the Product/Development side, I filter out, analyse and report bugs and improvement requests.I switch to this position from my AM position because this one suited my skills and personality better. My capacity to quickly learn the software set me as one of the experts on the platform in the CSM team, and combined with my passion for detail make this kind position a very good fit.
