As an intern at Brady, I have grown my ability to effectively reach and engage an audience on social media. I have developed my design skills and performed research to create collaborations across professions.

As an intern at FP2030, I had the opportunity to create content for and manage multiple social media accounts. I wrote articles about intimate partner violence and disability for the FP2030 newsletter, and learned a lot about reproductive rights or lack thereof across various regions of the world.

As part of the 2023 class of Giffords Courage Fellows, I developed my leadership and advocacy skills through a hands-on project in my community as well as trainings with Giffords staff.

I revamped OEDI's social media accounts and created a plan to grow engagement with and advertisement of a large university department. I helped plan and execute a major forum while also helping manage the office by assisting with the phone, organizing confidential documents and assembling databases.

Chosen as one of 11 students from applicants across the country, I led trainings virtually in college classrooms about media literacy and using social media in a more thoughtful way.

While at MediaWise, I researched, wrote, and filmed short and informational fact checks of viral news stories while also educating people on how to fact check and be knowledgeable readers of information online.During my time there, one article I wrote for Poynter.org gathered 100,000+ views; and I was also interviewed on BBC World Service “OS” program.
