A Seamless Verification Systems was developed to accept this daily manifest file and use it as a basis of comparison against data captured by the USPS’s CONFIRM system. > Project: USPS, Transit Time Measurement System (TTMS). IBM’s Transit Time Mail Measurement System uses more than 600 independent contractors (Droppers) across the US to deposit test mail in USPS collection boxes. This test mail is then received by more than 16,000 volunteer reporters across the country. Data is collected from both the Droppers and the Reporters and then compiled into daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for delivery performance.
