BECKI FLEISCHER is a Singer+Songwriter+Guitarist based in New York. Raised in Indiana, Becki found her love of music at a young age winning vocal competitions and playing guitar, piano, French horn, trumpet and any other instrument she could get her hands on. As an adult, she has been known for her clear and compelling vocals and smooth rhythm guitar. Layering in ear-grabbing harmonies and taking the lead, she has contributed to cover bands and was a founding member of the indie-rock band LAWLESS. Becki currently plays originally arranged covers with Four26's exclusive party band, THE SHAVES, and original songs and popular covers with her studio band, Peter & The Four26, which she also co-founded.In 2018 Becki started Four26 Studios with bandmate, Peter Carucci. Together, they perform live music at events, record original music, and provide musically based team building and songwriting sessions for corporations and non-profits.

Volunteer work and serving in leadership positions to help advance strategic goals and raise funds for non-profits focused on community building, women's leadership, public health, and education.

Supported the Director of Marketing & Development in structuring the Association of Junior Leagues International's (AJLI) social enterprise business, On Brand and On Brand Marketplace, to support brand alignment and generate revenue. Helped organize and launch "The Next Chapter," AJLI's strategic initiative to connect with and make connections between their 80,000+ Sustaining Members.

Worked with senior staff to advance key elements of The Association of Junior League's International's (AJLI) multi-phased, multi-year strategic plan and served as project manager on the analysis, design, and initial development work of AJLI’s reimagined, innovative learning and development system. Led a team in the development of the "Framework of Effective Leadership for Community Impact," a groundbreaking and unique approach to support women serving as community and civic leaders. Launched an eLearning program with synchronous (real-time) and asynchronous (self-paced) opportunities, which included conceptualizing, producing, and hosting "Webinar Wednesdays," a popular semimonthly webinar series. Developed and delivered keystone curriculum on Issue-Based Community Impact. Frequent presenter, facilitator, and trainer at AJLI conferences.

Launched “Innovations in Education Exchange,” monthly learning and networking opportunities for stakeholders in the Washington, D.C. area to share insights, trends and research on innovations in education. Also responsible for organizing the advisory committee and scouting the site for the 2004 National Charter Schools Conference.

Project manager on the production of the Federal Budget volume, the President’s Management Agenda and restructuring the OMB website. Researched, compiled and produced information for senior White House Staff and Cabinet Members.

Supported the school-choice mission of the Foundation in two states. Worked as part of a team to develop an extensive five year strategic plan and worked in collaboration with the Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice to create the first issue of "ABC's of School Choice", the most comprehensive guide to every school choice program in America, which contributed to the passage of charter school legislation in the state of Indiana.

Responsible for all scheduling-related work for the Secretary in both official and campaign offices including researching and organizing detailed background information for all public and private events; coordinating daily communication for the Secretary with staff, media and all other parties; and preparing correspondence from the Secretary.
