Learners and learning are at the center of my educational philosophy. I strive to maximize opportunities for student engagement through exploration, creativity, inquiry and reflection, allowing students to take ownership over their own learning to prepare them for success in an everchanging world. As a K-12 International Educator, I believe in a personalized approach for all learners to allow them to fulfil their full potential and develop a lifelong love of learning. I believe in equity and opportunity for the students in my care and the collogues I work alongside. I am experienced in Curriculum and Staff Development, leading large teams in the areas of Wellbeing and Performing Arts across multiple schools in the U.S., U.K. and Middle East. I thoroughly enjoy the field of International Education and the diversity of the school community. I strive to engage all of my student in excellent learning opportunities and have a real interest in 'Third Culture Kids' with a focus on how their unique experiences and challenges can impact their educational, emotional and social development.
