Instituted and managed financial requirements of the program to include the planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE) process for the program budget following US Title 10 funding and NATO contracting & financial regulations. Supervised a team of 12 multinational military, civilian, and contract personnel. Acted as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for contract personnel and implemented/managed various EITP project contracts. Assumed project manager role for all inter-program projects as well as select NSO projects.
