I train new call center representatives in various business areas fundamental knowledge of life insurance, soft skills and effective communication techniques. By providing continual coaching support through out the five month training process, I help create independent and knowledgable CSRs.I also train current call center representatives on new processes changes and work. With a focus on digital saviness and the CL&I processes, I participate and contribute to a lean working environment.

I assist clients and field reps by processing payments, handling account issues and answering any policy questions.

I help oversee the day to day operation of the branch location while managing five branch employees. Helped meet our monthly sales goals by helping customers attain their financial needs through lending and planning.

I assist customers obtain their financial goals by opening accounts, referring them to experts in the company and solve any financial problems. I help customers with basic banking needs. I am a handful of employees that train new hires. I engage in Marketing events within the community. I order supplies for the branch and keep marketing up to date.

I created and edited graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance the University newspaper

I created posters, logos, brochures and advertisements for Student groups. I primarily used InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. I printed in house, and when needed, sent work to be printed elsewhere.

I worked with another employee to re-design the annual report into a calendar format. I used InDesign to create the layout, as well as took photographs of alumni and edited when needed.
