My favorite thing to do it improve processes and make them as efficient as possible! I started my career in the Financial arena over 20 years ago and have worked in many areas. My very first position was as a teller, after exhausting the options to grow in that position, I moved into back office and have explored each of the following channels Digital/Online/Mobile Banking platforms, ATMs, ITMs, TCR's, payroll, ACH, regulations, Records Management and many other areas both as a specific position and when other areas are in need of assistance. My current position is regarding ATM, ITM and TCRs and I manage every aspect of these channels in some way. From vendor relations, machine installs, Network Connection resource coordination, settlement process and Retail/Branch/User support. I enjoy learning new things and I am the type of person that can easily pick up a new skill or task.
