I have worked in the Casino Business for 30 years. I've been a dealer, floor, pit supervisor and relief Shift Manager. I have extensive knowledge in table games and guest service. I have also done training for new hires. Dealers with experience and without experience. I am knowledgeable in Pai Gow, Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, 3 Card, 4 Card, Mississippi Stud, Ultimate Texas Hold Em, Caribbean Stud, Blackjack and Pitch Games. I have also headed management meetings.I believe in having a strong work ethic and working with my fellow employees as a team. I also believe you need to communicate with fellow employees any and all information that would improve work efficiency and knowledge of job duties. I started out as a dealer at Treasure Island casino in 1991. Then I worked at Turtle Lake Casino in 1992 and opened the new building a few months later. In 1998 my husband and I wanted to expand our gaming knowledge and moved to Tunica Mississippi where we worked at the Grand Casino. In October of 2000 we moved back home and returned to work at Turtle Lake casino where we helped train craps. In 2008 an opportunity presented itself for my husband and I to work at Running Aces Harness Park. We are currently still employed there.
