I initially joined the company as the Technical Coordinator organising and scheduling the workload of the Engineers, planning for customer equipment to be returned for calibration, booking installations of new equipment and demonstrations at customer's sites. I started the company, then known as Rarrigini & Rosso, as a Sales Coordinator when the company launched an IT Solution Called 24/7 for Insurance Brokers in 2003, and transferred over to the insurance underwriting side of the business to be an Account manager at the beginning of 2004. As an Account Executive I was responsible for an Axa insurance product.

Working in a team of 3, each coordinating an Area Sales Manager & generally being their in office support. My duties here were varied and including preparing court lists, rotas for Court Clerks and Magistrates. Inputting court results, updating the national Police Computer, endorsing driving licenses, issuing warrants for arrest, and all general office duties.

My first position from college, my main responsibility was taking reports of road traffic accidents from customers over the phone. I would report accidents to insurance companies then schedule surveys and repairs of the damaged vehicles. I was awarded employee of the month of March 2000 before the company relocated to Bath.
