To be the first point of contact for my team of 15 and our service users. To communicate to our Driver Technicians and Service Engineers, providing allocations for re-bookings and call outs. To book in the delivery and collection of healthcare equipment with our service users. To arrange the service and repair of certain items with our service users. To demonstrate adaptability and good people skills as will be dealing with service users and management (internal and external). To comply with processes and procedures. To effectively manage stock queries and out of stock process. To update the systems in a timely manner and maintain filing systems and record. Nationally train groups of people in person and virtually on our systems to be able to do the job efficiently and effectively.

Supporting clients with anything they need, from getting washed and dressed, assisting them with their food and drink, helping them socialise out in the community to administering their prescribed medication. The clients have very profound learning disabilities, so I also support them to do their household chores.

Haviland House is a specialised Dementia care home. I assist the family members in washing and getting dressed. Helping with their meals and having comfort breaks. Spend time with them trying to bring out that happiness that is in them, as I am based in the end of life family. Help their relatives with what they need in making their family time precious. Making sure all their needs are taken care of. Working closely with other nurses and other members of staff.

To manage, motivate and lead my team with enthusiastic initiative to identify tasks that need to be completed. Excellent customer service skills. Multi-skilled ensuring merchandise is visually pleasing and in date, pull in cages from delivery. Administration work, stock control, miss-match, waste offs including input to KPIs. Open/Close procedures - key holder, cash up all tills including self-service. Enter EOD figures, safe control, and CCTV. Very flexible with start of 5.30am and finish of 11.15pm. Many dealings with police due to dishonest and challenging customers!

Daily input entries of client CV's to RED computer system. Organise travel, flights, accommodation and car hire for colleagues and directors overseas. Full control of petty cash and drawings with entries to excel file. Answer telephone switchboard and relay messages. Organise stationery and re-order where necessary. Excellent team player with colleagues and managers alike but also able and confident to work alone. Setting up client profiles on LinkedIn to search for executive candidates worldwide.
