Handle a variety of sensitive information and personnel files. Keep track of and update specific spreadsheets to include confidential exam information. Assist the Test Administration & Assessment Coordinator. Duties include helping to coordinate the administrations and scheduling of exams and organizing assessment centers to evaluate exams. Recruit assessors and handle all travel arrangements. Coordinate aspects of the assessment for the assessors to include, welcome packets, daily meals and refreshments, and reimbursement information. Schedule applicants for all exams and coordinate correspondence sent to applicants. Provide information to citizens and department heads. Help with the entry of test data and clean and verify test data for accuracy.
