- Developed and produced training programmes for TV industry professionals. Successes include the development and delivery of the Rising Directors Scheme in partnership with Sheffield Doc/Fest. Due to the success, it got commissioned for a second year, which I developed and designed to carry out in 2019. - Produced & hosted the masterclasses and the final showcase.- Other successes included developing, designing the new Researcher to Shooting AP Scheme that was commissioned to roll out in 2019.- Initiated, developed and designed the “Masterclass Marathon” a season of 90 minute, evening masterclasses with leaders from the TV industry, that included: “The Art of The TV Interview”, run by Senior Producer/Directors of Channel 4’s First Dates: Gilly Goshawk and Dave Waterman, “The Best Ways to Cast in 2018” with Casting Executive: Mel Walden and “Getting The Key Shots For The Edit” with Executive Producer: Isobel Williams. - Oversaw bespoke membership training enquiries for our independent production company members, that include unscripted TV’s biggest indies.

• Worked with Channel 4 to make series of editorial in the Channel 4 ad space; ads with real people and Channel 4 talent, with a focus on story to make them feel like short docs, to give the content a Channel 4 documentary style, look and feel.• Worked with Channel 4 Partnerships and clients such as: MINI, McDonald's, Sony and Polydor.• Oversaw ad campaigns from beginning to end – from the development creation, tomanaging the casting of "real" people, working with agents and talent, oversaw the editorial in production and post-production.• Oversaw the shoots as the creative and editorial lead: in charge of final creative and editorial decisions, ensuring the content had engaging and entertaining storytelling, whilst also being on brief.• Edit produced multiple pieces of content with real people. Oversaw the offline and managed the online: voice over, audio mix and grade. • In charge of the company’s black book. Responsible for recruiting editorial and production talent.

•Worked alongside the formats and content development Vice President to assess new international shows that were coming through for MIPTV festival 2015.• Produced days of previews for the international market. • Series producer across a prime time series of 10, character-lead, structured reality series about London’s drag queens. • Low budget, and fast turnaround – with 2 week filming period per 44 min ep and multi edits running simulataneously• Managed the team of 25 people - Oversaw each stage of the production – from the casting, story finding process, to the production – of 2 teams of PDs, researchers and runners during the filming period, and the post production process – running 3 edits at any time simultaneously.• Lead the master interviews.• Edit produced eps 5 – 10. Oversaw 3 edits at a time in fast turnaround of 3.5 weeks offline per ep.• Number 1 show on London Live, number 1 streamed show and number 1 show on Twitter.• The series has sold to more than 5 countries including: Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, Sweden and Belgium.
