Handle collections on complex, multi-party, marine and energy insurance cases. Process cash receipts and payments to 3rd party vendors. Track all amounts owed to all parties by multiple parties on Excel. Handle Client Trust Accounts.

Internal billing for the Enron Corp. Litigation Unit work for other companies; received service of process for all Enron legal entities and distribute for action to appropriate parties; maintain Law Manager database of all legal matters involving Enron entities. Post bankruptcy: maintain Law Manager database and work with specialists to extract data needed for bankruptcy proceedings; assist Corporate Secretary with research as part of process to close down each entity; and prepare reports for supervisor, Rita Bahner, and others, as needed with data from Law Manager.

Generate monthly billing schedule for firm; prepare prebills, oversee edits, create final bills for clients monthly. Process all Trust transactions. Reconcile all bank accounts. Generate monthly financial statements and prepare Shareholder packets for monthly meetings. Perform the monthly period end close in Juris. Perform conflict checks for any new matters and enter all new matters into the system, coding for billing format, etc. Generate any Operating Account checks needed daily outside of the regular weekly A/P run.
