Understand clients' goals and translate them into SOWs and creative/data briefs that clearly communicate objectives to internal and external partners. Simultaneously and successfully lead and manage multiple targeted marketing/creative campaigns, and their assigned resources, through organization and prioritization. Act as the liaison for my clients with the agency’s strategic, creative, UX, business analyst, application development, quality assurance, and campaign operations and analytics teams. Serve as the agency driver to keep processes moving smoothly to provide best-in-class service and be a trusted partner. Build and maintain effective, productive relationships with clients and team members. Intake clients' project objectives and translate to project briefs and SOWs. Confidently coordinate and lead kick-off meetings. Provide campaign ops and analytics with the necessary information to build data briefs, and assist in validating audience definitions and data requirements. Manage the project process from beginning to end: change management; creative and strategic direction and changes; language translations; testing, proofing, auditing; and launch (digital) or production (print). Coordinate and participate in creative presentations. Coordinate and lead project close meetings, and document and share lessons learned. Assist with budget tracking and reconciliation.

Assist Account Executives, Supervisors and Directors across multiple client accounts with day-to-day project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and on target with strategy and brand guidelines. Create project schedules; manage changes (budgetary and creative) from project kick-off to completion. Coordinate meetings; route and review creative for accuracy; follow up on outstanding items to help maintain schedules.

Assist project managers and field staff in successfully completing projects on time and on budget by managing all aspects of administrative duties in the corporate office as well as on job sites.
