Tracked certifications to ensure employees were up to date.* Financial tracking, including end-of-day/month reporting, financial spending, and forecasting. As well as safe/money/deposits and Payroll approval.* Coordinated Staff schedules. Led pre-shift meetings to ensure shared expectations of and for staff. * Responsible for ensuring clients and guests were happy.* Responded to issues and worked with staff to ensure conflicts were handled well and quickly.* In charge of all kitchen supply chain tracking, ordering, and planning. This is a critical function in a restaurant to ensure the ability to meet guest needs, keep food fresh, and ensure minimal food waste.* Coordinated planning and execution of Covid-19 protocols. The owner opted to close in February 2022.

Primary caregiver for newborn-toddlers (birth-20 months); responsible for teaching developmental skills, tracking milestones, feedings, sleep training, and helping adjust to a new sibling. Managed household, including coordinating move across country/town to meet needs of each child in new home and environment. Also maintained: schedules, meal planning and preparations, housekeeping, and care of pets.

Nolo’s philosophy is centered around providing high quality customer experience with quality, ‘basic,’ classic dishes. Nolo’s strives to get to know the guests and create a memorable experience. Position as a server ended when Covid-19 restrictions caused restaurants to close again.

Number 12 Cider House provides an authentic and classic cider with a warm community experience. My purpose as a bartender at the cider house is to provide guests knowledge and a quality experience while they enjoy classic ciders in a contemporary atmosphere. I left this position when I accepted a new nanny job and the hours conflicted.

Gather’s philosophy was centered on providing beyond exemplary guest experience and making each moment meaningful. While working there, I was responsible for cocktail serving appetizers and beverages, as well as banquet food plating and serving and beverage service. Set up and tear down before/during transitions of events/ after. I left due to my move to Minnesota.

With one owner as the farmer and the other as the executive chef, Tenet believed in providing a familial feel to an entirely instate, local, elite dining experience. We were well educated on the ever-changing menu to aide guests as best possible. During my time at Tenet, I was a server, server trainer, and bartender. It was important to get to know the guests and care for them as you would family and friends. Unfortunately, they closed in November.

In my time at Rolz I was primarily a server, taking food and drink orders, making sure they are accurate and bringing them to the guest, making sure that the guests are satisfied with their experience. We were also responsible as servers to expo some of our dishes as well. I also was a server trainer. I left when the business partners parted ways and the expectations for my part-time position multiplied extensively.

At Townline, I filled many positions, learning the role and filling the need as it arose: Restaurant server, Banquet Server, Event Lead, Server Trainer for both restaurant and banquet, Event Set up/tear down, Event Planning Assistant, Hostess, Busser, Food Runner, Expo, and Bartender. I left when my teaching schedule demanded more time with an afterschool program.
