About Becky Hale

I am a dedicated and experienced HR Manager, having worked my way up through the ranks over the last 10 years. I love working in the field of Human Resources, and find it exciting and rewarding to bridge the relationship between employers and their employees. My career actually began in the health care industry, but evolved into Human Resources about 10 years ago. I have had the opportunity to work in the HR Departments of esteemed organizations such as Portland State University, Allied Systems Company, and Yecuris Corporation. I was able to develop and hone my HR skills at each place of business - giving me a comprehensive and progressive understanding of HR. I have enjoyed working in the HR Departments of manufacturing, higher education, and now biotechnology. I find that the main goal and responsibility of an HR Manager is similar in almost every industry: excelling in the ability to lead and develop an organization's workforce effectively.Serving as the engine that keeps an organization running smoothly on a daily basis is my focus. I have been a "regular" employee for many years, and now have the opportunity to work in management. I find that this is an advantage for me in my career, because I am able to understand and empathize with both the workforce AND management, enabling me to bridge the gap between them, as well as lead and facilitate a seamless experience for both in accomplishing organizational goals.
