In this role, I am responsible for the management of the Corporate Marketing and Communications team. Our focus is to help Loan Officers drive more business for lead development and referral engagement leveraging digital and traditional marketing/advertising solutions.We focus on daily support of our sales force through marketing platform support, content development, and collaboration for marketing and advertising strategies.We create and provide fresh content for multi-channel deployment (digital, social, email, print). We also manage and support a variety of marketing technology platforms - including industry-specific CRM, review management, video platforms, cobranded marketing solutions, mobile apps, and more.Our primary focus is to help our sales teams (Loan Originators) expand their business under the Highlands brand leveraging our array of resources and tools. We also focus on training and user adoption of marketing technology AND standard mortgage technology solutions. The focus for this role is on the delivery and adoption of mortgage application platforms. My role at AllRegs focused directly on custom learning development and supporting course delivery for clients through eLearning modules and LMS (Moodle). My team managed and delivered branded LMS portals for clients and develops custom eLearning, distance and classroom curriculum. My team was able to help our clients take the AllRegs know-how and apply it, in a very focused way, on their specific needs as an organization.

Responsible for the training content and curriculum development for PrimeLending. In this role, my main focus was on the training and support of our employees nationwide during the transition to our new loan origination and mortgage banking software system. My responsibilities included: managing a team of four trainers; actively participating in User Acceptance Testing; building and maintaining our classroom curriculum; designing and delivering user guides and cheat sheets; managing and updating a SharePoint site for support documentation; coordinating with our support and technology teams; building and delivering weekly WebEx sessions to target support needs; issuing weekly communications via email to highlight release information and key areas of interest. This role allowed me to work closely with the Technology department, National Operations, Production, and Compliance.

My main role for this team was to provide operations and production support to Mark Raskin and his processor, Jill Hudson. I assisted in: pipeline management; branch communications; customer service; marketing and event support; training.During this time, I also designed and delivered training materials (both standard user guides and how-to videos) to support the transition to a new web-based software system for our production staff. This system was the first stage in our long-term plan to transition to an all-in-one, web-based loan origination system.Supplementing my role as Team Coordinator, I also actively participate as membership chair on the board of the local chapter of National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and provide supportfor Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association events and marketing.
