A Realtor client of mine wrote this in a recent survey conducted on a loan we closed. "The only reason this transaction closed is because of Becky. I got busy and established VA and FHA Lender approvals, establishing relationships with secondary mortgage lenders, writing a Quality Control Plan, the whole works. There were four employees. Loan Originator, Underwriter, Processor, Closer and Shipper. We originated, approved, closed, sold and shipped a record numbers of mortgages in our area. Yes, we were a money making machine.
